Менеджер із земельних питань

We are one of the largest agricultural holdings in Ukraine in the Sumy region, effectively managing a large land bank and ensuring the stable development of the agricultural industry.

Due to the expansion of our activities, we are looking for  a Land Manager who will help us develop and maintain reliable relationships with landowners and contribute to the sustainable development of the company.

Candidate requirements  :

• Higher education (law, agronomy, land management or economics);
• Work experience in the field of land relations;
• Experience in drawing up lease agreements and maintaining a land bank;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian land legislation and rights registration procedures;
• Ability to negotiate and conclude contracts;
• Confident PC user (MS Office, online cadastral services);
• Has a high level of communication skills. 
• Has a high level of negotiation skills.
• Possesses skills in building a client base.
• Has a driver's license with at least two years of relevant driving experience.

Responsibilities:

• Working with shareholders and communities;
• Conducting negotiations with land share owners;
• Maintaining and updating the database of land plots and contracts;
• Conclusion and extension of lease agreements;
• Monitoring the timely renewal of lease agreements;
• Analysis of the land bank structure and optimization of its use;
• Resolving conflict situations and maintaining positive relationships with village councils and local residents;
• Documentary support, preparation, verification and registration of lease, sublease, and easement agreements;
• Cooperation with state registrars, notaries, and land management organizations;
• Participation in judicial and extrajudicial disputes regarding land use.
• Monitoring the rental market in the regions;
• Control of temporary settlements with shareholders;
• Preparation of regular reporting for management;
• Tracking current changes in land legislation;
